New 3,900 square feet residence was designed on beautiful wooded hillside lot with a creek running along one side of the property. To preserve the topography and numerous trees, the house was designed in a linear arrangement, which also maximized the view of the creek. This linear arrangement placed the entry at one end of the house, with a progression spaces though the foyer, living room, kitchen/keeping room, then the master suite. All of the spaces have a panoramic view of the forest and creek.
The house was completed in 2015.
