Thompson Architecture designed additions and renovations to an existing house on Lake Martin. The living, dining and kitchen were renovated and opened to create a large central space with views of the lake. The plain front facade was reimagined with a large stone archway and a series of French doors.
The back decks were redesigned, substituting benches and planters for railing, which opened the view to the lake. The house was completed in 2010.
