A house on Lake Martin sat on a beautiful lot with a great view of the lake, but the clients wanted more space and improvements to the existing spaces. The house was completely renovated, and major additions included entry, living areas, master suite, and a tower containing a study, with 360 degree views of the lake and surrounding area.
The back decks were redesigned, substituting benches and planters for railing, which opened the view to the lake. The house was completed in 2009.
